Performance Management (Code 66)
Mission
The principal mission of Code 66 is to provide the Office of the Judge Advocate General (OJAG) and Naval Legal Service Command (NLSC) with employee and management support services in the areas of performance management, training and development, administrating awards and recognition program, and managing civilian work-life programs.
Function
- Performance Management - Assisting management in navigating through the phases of performance management including performance planning, monitoring employee performance, evaluating employee performance, and recognizing and rewarding employee performance in an effort to meet organizational effectiveness.
- Training – Identifying, planning training and education opportunities for all personnel by utilizing technology to reach a diverse audience.
- Awards & Recognition - Providing management with tools and options to assist with recognizing and rewarding civilian personnel for significant contributions to the mission and to encourage creativity and high performance in the workplace.
- Work Life Options - Providing resources and information to the enterprise, in an effort to encourage and foster an environment that enables work/life balance.
