Naval Justice School (NJS) uses an open enrollment concept that allows individuals to apply for courses year-round. Enrollment will close 10 weeks prior to the course's convening date. Course Coordinators will make their selections and a quota selection announcement will be sent out 8 weeks prior to the convening date to identify those who have and have not received a quota.

For the Senior Leader Legal Course, Legal Clerk Course, and Legal Officer Course use eNTRS to apply for a quota. All other NJS courses (non-accession) use the Quota Submission Form (QSF). Once the QSF is filled out it will be submitted to the NJS registrar via the online form. You will receive a confirmation that your QSF has been received.
