Reenlistment aboard USS Wyoming

In July, I reenlisted aboard the USS Wyoming (SSBN 742). Capt. Robert J. Clark, chief of staff of Commander, Submarine Group 10, administered the oath of enlistment and my Command Master Chief Eddie VanMeter was also present. I was the first legalman to reenlist on the Wyoming as enlisted women are just now being assigned to submarines. I choose to reenlist on a submarine due to being at a command …
